Christopher Mandala is a CEOSF Officer Safety Certified Instructor (COSCI), Code Official Safety Specialist (COSS), and a Certified Code Enforcement Officer (CCEO). Chris is a retired LAPD Sergeant and currently serves as a Senior Code Enforcement Officer in California. He has decades of experience working for LAPD and now as a Senior Code Enforcement Officer. At his current agency, he has built the Code Enforcement program from the ground up after decades of neglect. This includes working on cases 10-30 years old, obtaining warrants, assigning receivers, and interacting with violators that have caches of weapons. He has been successful in building relationships with his Police Department and County agencies to help with his cases.
