Do you understand the risks faced by Code Enforcement Officers, Building Inspectors, Fire Inspectors, Animal Control, Health Inspectors, and other regulatory positions? This course will discuss actual data and incidents that many professionals are unaware of. These positions are often non-sworn and are tasked with going onto or into private properties and businesses. We will also walk through a variety of inspection types and how to avoid complacency on the job. Your employer is required to mitigate risk, but ultimately it is up to you to keep yourself safe at every property or business you go to.
