SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST

The Code Enforcement Officer Safety Foundation (CEOSF) provides training scholarships to individuals that lack the funding to enroll in the training. For large group discounts please email us at info@codeofficersafety.org. This application is for INDIVIDUALS seeking critical training in which they cannot afford. These applications are reviewed by the Charitable Giving’s Committee and then recommendations are made to the Board of Directors.

This form is to request an online training scholarship to one of our on-demand courses due to a lack of funding. Please understand we aim to help support our colleagues who may not have the funding to attend these critical courses.
