He has managed code enforcement, building safety, public safety, housing, and business licensing. Justin has drafted numerous standard operating procedure manuals across his career; earning him two AACE National Agency Accreditation's. He has experience drafting and presenting code amendments, assessments, and policies. Justin is the author of “Effective Code Enforcement.”
