Alvis G. Carrington

ACO Animal Control Officer Alvis Carrington, 59, was shot dead outside of his home in Newark where he lived. Law enforcement officials said the killing was not random, but a targeted attack. A reward of up to $10,000 was offered for information leading to an arrest.
