Murder

Dog Catcher Rasor, 24, was at a residence attempting to impound a stray dog when George Eichelberger, the homeowner, engaged in an argument with him in the front yard. George's father, Phillip Eichelberger, intervened in the struggle and retrieved a .38 caliber revolver from inside the house. Phillip went outside where the altercation between Rasor and the dog catcher continued. While Rasor was struggling on the ground with the father, Phillip shot Rasor twice in the chest, killing him. The son and father were both found not guilty by a jury after claiming self-defense.
