Don Juenemann

Don had been a St. Paul employee for over 22 years and was about a year from retirement. He lived in River Falls, Wisconsin, and was a volunteer firefighter. Don went missing on Christmas Eve while inspecting a property owned by James Jerome Jackson, 47, a convicted felon. Police arrested Jackson and found the body of Housing Inspector Juenemann concealed on the property. The motive was not clear, but Jackson believed he was being evicted. The City had not made any moves to condemn his property or evict him.
