H T Willis "Andy" Wingert III

Andy, 62, passed away unexpectedly. He served as the County Code Enforcement Chief for 10 years, and for 20 years prior to this he was the Code Enforcement Official for the City of Chino, CA. "Andy cared deeply about the communities he served. Always exploring new and extraordinary ways to improve the quality of life within them. Some people take everything they can from it. Others giving back, changing the lives of whom they touch. Andy was the latter, bringing fresh energy to every situation, lifting up everyone around him to make things better."
