Ju

In January 2010, in Shanghai, a street vendor named Zhang Xiaodong stabbed a chengguan officer Ju to death. Ju died at the scene. The altercation stemmed from the officer’s effort to get Zhang to move his bicycle cart, where he was blocking traffic.
