Kirk Palmer is a Founding Board Member of the Code Enforcement Officer Safety Foundation and has served on the Board of Directors since 2020. In 2025, Kirk was elected as Secretary/Treasurer. 

Kirk has over 26 years of experience in law enforcement in addition to his time in Code Enforcement. He is currently a Code Enforcement Supervisor in Georgia. Kirk has served on the Board of Directors for his state association and continues to instruct classes in Georgia. He specializes in officer safety, extremist groups, gangs, and homeless camps.
