Travis Guess is a Founding Board Member of the Code Enforcement Officer Safety Foundation from 2020-2024. In 2025, Travis was elected as President after serving a full term as Vice President the year prior. 

Travis has served on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Code Enforcement Association in a variety of positions, including President. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the profession and has served on committees for the International Code Council and American Association of Code Enforcement. Currently, Travis serves as a Fire Marshal/Building Official/Code Enforcement Officer/Deputy Emergency Manager for his municipality. He enjoys teaching his class on ICC Legal Aspects of Code Administration. 

He also represented the Foundation on the ICC Committee to develop the Credential of Learning Achievement - Code Official Safety (2022).
