Anthony Flammia joins the Foundation as a Region 6 Representative

Anthony is an Assistant Code Enforcement Supervisor in New York with over 20 years experience as a Police Officer with NYPD. His extensive experience includes advanced education in Homeland Security, OSHA safety officer, legislative advocacy, and grant and media coordination. He is also an experienced de-escalation instructor who we look forward to collaborating with. Anthony is joining our Education Committee.

When asked why he wanted to volunteer with the Foundation, he stated: "I joined the Code Officer Foundation because I believe in the power of coming together to strengthen our profession. My goal is to help fellow code officers improve their communication skills and professionalism, and to create space for us to share our life experiences so we can learn from one another. I also want to support those who have faced critical incidents by helping them navigate difficult situations with confidence and resilience. This Foundation gives us a place to grow together, and I'm proud to be part of that mission."

He represents Region 6 - Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, and Vermont.
