Officer Safety
Instructors
Recognized Instructors
The Foundation's Certification Committee reviews all applications to be a CEOSF Officer Safety Certified Instructor (COSCI) and puts applicants through a thorough process before making recommendations to the Board of Directors. The Foundation looks for passionate and qualified instructors that not only have experience, but credentials and training that makes them experts at what they teach. These could include train-the-trainer type classes, national law enforcement certifications, and numerous individual classes on the same subject to enhance their knowledge. COSCI's often teach for CEOSF and find ways to support the Foundation through their activities. To inquire about becoming a COSCI, please email President Justin Edson at justin@codeofficersafety.org.
